WARNING: Cocoa Puffs Ahead
Okay, I ate about half the box of Cocoa Puffs this morning. I feel amazingly ill. Bleh. Consider this my "cheat" day, I suppose. I've got a ton of things to do today and I really need to get that blender!
So, has anyone got some words of wisdom for me? I tried to keep my ticker in mind, but after yesterday's binge it didn't seem to work. ::sigh::

i've learned that this whole e2l thing requires a lot more introspection than simply changing eating should. without psychobabbling to much, i'll just say that figuring out why I "binge" was a big deal.
As far as practical advice. don't beat yourself up to much. go exercise and drink lots a water and remind yourself that tomorrow is new. oh and get rid of the cocopufffs.

Unfortunately, I can't get rid of the Cocoa Puffs; they're not mine. My roommate is a junkfood junkie. I don't know how we get along (We actually kind of don't, LOL!).

I know how you feel about the Cocoa Puffs. In my house it's Cap'n Crunch and Sugar Pops or sometimes Lucky Charms. When I buy healthy cereal the kids won't eat them. Hey, maybe that's the key. Hey kids, eat healthy cereal or don't eat (cereal that is).

Yes I have something to say to you that will hopefully help you in a positive way whenever those cravings kick in and you're dying to have something sweet or salty to crunch on - do you like popcorn such as the one that I eat whenever I feel a snack attack coming on? If so, then perhaps a bag or a half bag of this stuff will do the trick for you the next time the monster strikes. ;)
